REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. Please review our refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Rescheduling: We’ll gladly reschedule your service at no additional cost with 24-hour notice.

Deposits: If a deposit was collected, it may be non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include partial or full refunds at our discretion.​
